We had someone disclose how puppies shouldn’t be wearing prongs. But here is our outlook. We never want to make you feel pressured to put any kind of collar on your pup. If you want to try a prong we have them there and 9/10 times people are amazed at how much less their dogs pull on them compared to a flat collar, harness, or training collar. Our goal is to help create the best relationship between you and your dog and that starts from the beginning. Prongs collars in our opinion help a dog understand just like their mom would teach them. By putting pressure on their neck. But the best part about prongs is it releases the moment the dog or us release. This puppy walks on a loose leash and never feels any pressure. And look how happy he is getting to go shopping with his mom and being such a good citizen!!

When you bring your puppy to our class this is the results you will get with your dog walking on a leash!! All dogs with the right instruction can reach this!

With the hot weather we are having here are a few tips to keep your 4 legged family members healthy and happy! Keeping them indoors during the hottest part of the day, cooling mats or blankets, freeze some treats for them, offer them a kiddy pool to play in, walk either early mornings or after the sun goes down and always make sure the asphalt isn’t to hot for your bare feet! Dogs can’t regulate the heat by themselves so they need our help to keep them comfortable.
