Be sure to head downtown for the Riverton Harvest Festival happening on Main Street until 6pm this evening. Lots of food, fun and shopping!

🥦 HUGE harvest of delicious stick broccoli! Great sauteed with just a little butter, it has the flavor of broccoli with the sweet, crisp bite of asparagus. New this year and easily made the top of the list of my favorite things to eat!!

Note: This crop is NOT related to asparagus in any way. The taste and texture just seem to be very similar after cooking.
