🐾 We’re Taking a “Paws” to Celebrate Our CSRs 🐾

Today, we’re closing a little early so we can celebrate one of the most vital parts of our team....our incredible Client Service Representatives 💙

Our CSRs are truly the heart of our hospital. They are the first voice our clients hear and the last smiling face they see when leaving. Behind the scenes, they’re juggling multiple phone lines, emails, texts, and in-person conversations,all while keeping communication flowing to our medical team, scheduling appointments, processing requests, and ensuring every client and patient feels cared for.

They are the emotional support during difficult moments, the problem-solvers in challenging situations, and the connection that keeps everything running smoothly. They build lasting relationships with both our clients and their pets, and they do it all with grace, compassion, and understanding.

Simply put… we couldn’t do what we do without them.

This week, we’re taking a moment to honor and celebrate everything they bring to our hospital. If you visited us this week, we hope you had a chance to wish them a Happy CSR Week it truly means the world to them.
