Awesome event.
When I think of how October 5th, 2024 played out for our Just Beat It Golf Scramble, I’m in complete awe! All of the generosity of everyone involved! This all started from my husband wanting to help his sister in her time of need 3 yrs ago. It’s continued to grow and has just become an amazing event!

Starting with 7am set up and all the helpers we had that were hands on.
To all of my volunteers to help make this an amazing day, I thank you all so much! Even the few individuals that stepped in when they weren’t asked!
A successful outing isn’t just made possible by the people that organize it, it takes ALL hands on deck! I’m going to do my best to give credit where due! If I miss you, I’m truly sorry!
First of all I would like to thank Doc & Janie Hunt for allowing us to come into their life in such a vulnerable time. I’m so thankful Doc was able to be there with us and witness how much everyone truly cares! It’s always an emotional event as you can’t help but try to feel what your recipient and their family are feeling. Many hugs and tears shared by all.
Thank you to The Fields Golf Course for allowing us to host our scramble at your course! Maggie helped things flow smoothly during planning and day of in whatever we needed. Including supplying coffee! Even in renting more carts to make it our biggest year yet! She had a great staff that also made the event possible! Thank you all, so much!!

50/50 blew me away! I had the privilege of breaking apart most of the tickets with a few helpers, it took a long minute! Oh my gosh, everyone is amazing, we raised $1,765!!! Thank you to our winner who donated it back!! Thank you Melody and Janelle for rocking it!!
