Gain confidence on a new or existing mount? I have been riding, training, coaching, judging, and competing for 30+ years. My horsemanship program focuses on creating a solid foundation of both horse and rider, so you will have the knowledge to move forward in any discipline. I have successfully coached students to wins in Barrels, 4-H English Equation, 4-H Western Equation, and various levels of T

rail events. I have also trained horses that have been successful under me then went on to successful and winning careers with youth riders, both in the show ring and barrels. I take pride in helping students gain confidence, train and develop their personal horses, and learn to ride new styles and acquire new skills. weekend update:

Ora competed at the Othello Junior Rodeo this weekend where she placed 6th in Barrels running a PR, 2nd in Poles, also a PR, and 3rd in goats.

We hope to see big things from her as we see new improvements every lesson!

I don't even care we over ran 1st barrel (ok, maybe it bothers me a little bit)....because we nailed 2nd barrel!!!!!!!!!! After making 4 runs on her last weekend, I really thought I knew how to fix it if I could ride it a certain way and we did it!!!! Thanks momma Laurie for the video and letting us stay last night.

As I am off to teach Barrel Racing 101, I pray for safe travels while I think on words of wisdom and knowledge I feel will best encourage these participants. We are all on our own journey and I pray we all see the blessings God has given us and know his path is always better than what we could choose for ourselves. Amen.
