I offer grooming for small dogs and have over 18 years of experience We also offer pet cremation services Owner lives on the same property as the kennel.

Located in Rising Sun, Indiana, Sunrise Kennel provides heated and air conditioned boarding for your dog while you're away. Kennels are indoor/outdoor, so your dog is able to go outside at all times. I also do dog grooming for dogs under 40 pounds.

Hello, this is the official page for Sunrise Cremation, out of Rising Sun, IN. We’ve been family owned and operated since opening in 2012, we have and continue to be a cremation service for local veterinarian offices as well as providing scheduled drop off services.

We know pets are family, that’s why we treat every pet with the same dignity, care, and love we’d give our own.

Good evening everyone! I wanted to make all my customers aware of some changes we have made. We will no longer be offering boarding services here. Purely a business decision as I will for sure miss caring for all the puppies 😢. A big thank you to all my clients who I have boarded for over the last 13 years and please feel free to contact me if you need boarding recommendations.

I will still be grooming and also offering pet cremation services.

Like every other business, I’m taking precautions and not allowing customers inside my grooming shop, but wanted to show you all what we’ve been up to! What started out as a weekend paint job turned into entirely gutting my shop and 13 straight days of working on it, lol. I love the way it looks and am so thankful that my husband has the skill and is willing to do the work. You guys, he did it up right and it looks fantastic. I’ve started back with grooming so give me a call if your pupper needs a groom. Here’s some before and afters.

Good morning! I just wanted to make all my customers aware of a few things...I will be out of town December 6th -16th. I still do have a few spots for grooming open before Christmas, so let me know if you’d like an appt as they will fill up fast!

Also I’d like to everyone know that we do provide pet cremation here. I know it’s a hard topic to think and talk about, but is necessary, especially in the winter months. We do the process here on our property, so your pet never leaves here. As always, we treat them with kindness and dignity. We are very reasonable on price and also have a quick return time to you. We’ve offered this service for about 6 years and just haven’t advertised it a lot.

I groomed this dog today.....made me sooo sad 😞. A kind lady had just picked him up from a shelter, where he had been for a couple weeks while his wounds healed. This poor puppy was used as a bait dog for fighting. I can’t even believe that happens, naive I know, I can’t even think about that too long😪. He cried anytime I stopped touching him and somehow after all the bad he’s been through is still a sweetheart. Look at that face! He’s gonna make a great companion to the sweet lady that adopted him.
