It has been an important few months for my kennel. I can't say enough thanks to my puppy people for their dedication, the amazing people in the various dog clubs for their hard work, and my wife for her understanding.

A few highlights from this past year:

Edwin vom Duck Creek with a rating of 10 form/10 hair at breed show in July with Josh Smunk

Dru vom Duck Creek with a 306TF Prize 1 VGP in September following a successful breed show in March with a 10 form/9 hair rating with Alan Hogan

Frank vom Duck Creek with a 176 score at HZP in September with Phil Josephson - breed show to follow in 2025

Finally, I was fortunate enough to run my dog, Freya vom Duck Creek, in the Armbruster last week. We had a lot of fun seeing old friends, making new ones, and seeing a lot of great dogs. Freya was able to put together a clean run of 180 performance points and breed show at 10 form/10 hair.

I'm looking forward to 2025 with a number handlers looking to run Duck Creek dogs in VGPs and the possibility of the G litter vom Duck Creek being whelped. Until then, it's time to go hunting!

13 week old Finn vom Duck Creek

Due to life circumstances that have come up for the family that took Finn home, I have taken Finn back. He has a very sweet temperament and a ton of potential to make a great hunting dog.

The highly anticipated "F" litter vom Duck Creek (Cooper vom Brandherd x Ruby vom windigen Punkt) arrived April 30th. Ru is doing great so far with the litter of 5 males and 5 females.

I have decided to place one of the two females I kept from my last litter. "Winnie" is already pointing, swimming, and tracking. She has a ton of promise and will only be placed in a hunting and testing home. Please contact me directly with any questions.
