Lilou was having too much fun with her siblings and played too rough. She ended up hurting her back and had to come to us for some relief. She was such a tough brave girl for us and we were able to get her on some medications to help you be more comfortable.
Dachshunds are prone to having back issues due to their long bodies. I am just glad that we were able to get this sweet girl in and get her to feeling better.

This handsome boy came in today for his 6 month comprehensive exam and preventative care. His dad knows just how important preventative care is for his pet.
Today he received his Leptospirosis vaccine.
What is Leptospirosis exactly??
Its a bacterial infection know to cause both liver and kidney disease. This disease can be contracted from several small mammal species such as raccoons, skunks, mice, and opossums. Its also ZOONOTIC which means that it can be transmitted to you from your pet.
We highly recommend yearly Leptospirosis vaccines to help you and your pet stay safe and healthy as long as possible.
