Sharing the below link to my fellow business owners! If you haven't filed your BOIR be sure to do so by January 1, 2025! If you don't file they say you could face up to a $500 per day penalty! This is a onetime filing and you only need to file ownership changes within 30 days of the changes occurring!
It was very simple you just need all owners on the LLC's information including a DL or passport. You will be required to upload a copy of the DL or passport!
Use the link below as others will try and charge a processing fee and there is no fees to file this!

We enjoyed our last show of the season! Congratulations to our wonderful group of riders, they all did amazing today!
This was a great little show to help them build some confidence and have a little fun! Our 4 legged athletes were rock stars today! I wish I had gotten more pictures but we are very proud of them all!🐴😁🥇

Today was a very fun and exciting day for our riders at 4SF! We had a wonderful show at the Dawson Pointe Schooling show today! Congratulations to all our horse and rider combos! It is so fun to watch you all learn and grow as equestrian people!🐴🩶💙

Midwest Horse Fair is coming to Madison WI, April 19-21. While we were excited to be a part of the American Saddlebred Association or Wisconsin breed demo we will not be taking our horse this year. As a group we decided the risk is too high when it comes to this EHV-1 outbreak currently hitting our state and most recently too close to Columbia County where we live. Our horses are far to important to us to risk any chance of exposure.
The ASAW will still have a booth where our stalls were assigned. Posters of our beautiful horses will be on display and we will be there to teach and talk about the American Saddlebred. Please stop by and see us!
The MWHF is taking great measures and precautions to help reduce any chance of an outbreak with horses participating in the fair.
Be sure to follow all safety protocols if you are attending. Wash your hands, use hand sanitizer and try to reduce your urge to pet the horses!
Our condolences to those who have been affected by this virus and had to say goodbye to their beloved horses...❤️‍🩹🐴
