Bred by Gianna Hansen and started in the cow horse by Corey Cushing, Tyler Merrill showed Bet Hesa Shiner as a 3- and 4-year-old. NFR heeler Ryan Motes took over with Bet Hesa Shiner as a 5- and 6-year-old, consistently making the finals at the country’s biggest futurities on both ends. With a personality that’s easy to love, Bet Hesa Shiner has been dog gentle from the start. He has the kind temperament of a ranch gelding—but he’ll be the biggest stopper in any barn. Ironman is gentle for the whole family to use and can do it all. He’s been to town and seen the sights, nothing bothers him. He is an accomplished heading and heeling rope horse making many Open rope futurity finals, AQHA point earner everywhere he goes, AQHA World Show Top 10, multiple Timed Challenge winner and money earner over $25k+. Ironman was started as a cowhorse so he has a nice spin, lead change, and can stop hard! He would be happy riding and working on a ranch or haul to the ranch riding or ranch horse events.
