🙌 went on a 6 hour adventure hike with Temperance (aka Sweet-T) right here in our little town!

Tempi is halfway through her CGC certification pre-training and I’m happy to report that she’s doing amazingly well with all her basic commands.

Today was a great doggy day ☀️ even for a cloudy day 💜

Temperance Olivia Joestar!!

My 2 year old Border Collie/ Grate Pyrenees mix.
Another large breed Craigslist rescue of mine 🙌

She’s the sweetest dog I’ve ever got to know, and she survived a mountain lion attack just 10 months ago (while tethered to a line!!). The big cat got a chunk of meet from her inner back leg- but Temperance put up a good fight and the cat gave up trying. Way to go- Warrior Puppy!

She is currently my registered ESA and is training for her Good Canine Citizenship certificate. Once she has that we will begin our work together with children’s hospitals, hospice, and mental health facilities. I’m also looking forward to bringing Temperance to schools for basic large breed dog 101 with kids… because big dogs are just big- not scary 😉

Sweet and smart Naika doing what a Naika does best… while her mamas were away.

Miss Naika knew just the place to cool off on the hot summer days! We enjoyed our strolls through her countryside, and floor lounging in the evenings for stories, and selfies to send to her family.

The most fun adventure dog, Diesel! We got to know one another for a few days while his owners were out on an adventure of their own.

This charming young Mr. and I worked on leash manners, impulse control and respecting the cat’s firm boundaries, to keep busy through the days.

What a cutie-pa-tootie! 🥰
