Growing up in Essex County NJ on Rippers and Italian Hot Dogs, It’s been John’s childhood dream to open a hot dog joint . In the Jersey tradition, we deep fry our dogs and we’ve infused regional nuances from our favorite Hot Dog Shops in Western PA & Providence, RI. Our signature dog is a 10/1 all beef skinless Sabrett but if you like a meatier dog, our “Big Bopper” is almost twice the size and is a beef/pork mix made fresh locally every week at the “Union Pork Store”. Jane makes our signature chili which is similar to a Texas Weiner sauce but sweeter like those found outside of Pittsburgh. We offer all the standard hot dog toppings including Jersey Jerk (a Hunterdon County favorite) but the family favorite is mustard, onion, pickle which we call the works. Jack, Tommy & Ryan round out the team and can be seen working the counter, in the kitchen or making deliveries.

We offer indoor and outdoor seating with low cost dogs, fries and real Birch Beer on Tap. We use locally made “Sip n Swirl” Ice Cream in our Malts, Shakes and floats and aim to provide top notch service in a clean nostalgic family friendly environment.
