If y'all haven't noticed, I'm not very active on this business page. I'm obviously not very good at balancing multiple accounts.

Tapp Horsemanship is coming out of hiatus, and offering a very limited number of spots available for training.

Tapp Horsemanship (TH) offers training services catering to individual horses and their owners. TH specializes in c**t starting, building a foundation, corrective behavior, tune-ups/refreshers, and creating a versatile horse. Trainer Shelby Tapp of Tapp Horsemanship believes in working with horses slowly and correctly, without rushing and forcing. All training is based off the horse’s readiness. At Tapp Horsemanship, goals are discussed between owner and trainer. TH believes in bringing out the best between horse and rider as realistically as can be achieved. Every horse, just like every rider, is an individual.

Here's what the training package includes: guaranteed 30 sessions with your horse between 30-45 days, one-on-one sessions with owner as needed, hauling to arenas and trails during training period, full board at Blacksmith Acres Equine Boarding in Ringgold, GA

I work with horse and owner to create the most ideal training program, catering to individual needs, based off realistic goals.

16 year old Registered QH Mare. 14.3 H. Ringgold GA. Best horse in the whole world to me. Same way every time you get on her. Well behaved. No vices. Owner was laid up for almost a year after surgery but now cannot ride two horses. She needs a good home for intermediate rider. Knows all her leads, flying lead change, backs a circle both directions. Too many pluses to list here. Light maintenance. PM for details.

Guys, want a chance to own a mare that I've trained? I'm offering my personal mare for sale, due to personal circumstances.

2015 AQHA Mare.
Only offering for sale due to personal circumstances that have forced me to sale.
Started under saddle as a 2-year-old, and then had 30 days getting patterned in April 2018.
Approximately 15 hh.
Don't let her age fool you. I've taken this mare on trails, have shown her in a few ranch classes, pushed some cattle at roping practice, and have hauled to a handful of barrel races. Has placed in 4D without being pushed.
Very soft in the mouth, doesn't need a strong hand. Neck reins well. Acts like a seasoned horse. Is more of a one-owner horse.
Experienced rider needed, and needs to go to a show home. This mare has too much talent and athleticism to be a trail horse.
I have pictures galore on my page, just not on this new phone.
UTD on vaccines, deworming, and current coggins.
Great prospect that could go in any direction.
Priced at $6500.

Couple of updates:
There is only one training opening for the next month. If you're interested in getting some work on a horse, hollar sooner than later! My business picks up during the colder months, because I go all year long!

And, be on the lookout for Tapp Horsemanship shirts. Those will be posted shortly! Sizes and colors will be limited in this first batch! Shirts will be sold for $20/each.

Say "hello" to Sophie, a 14-year-old Saddlebred/Paint cross in for 30 days of fine tuning! The goal for Miss Sophie is to get her riding well enough for a young girl to do trails and some English classes with her. Now, I may be a Western rider, but it doesn't matter what kind of saddle is on a horse's back to build a solid foundation.
