Receptionist / Reservation Specialist – For Immediate Hire
📍 Location: Rigby, Idaho
📅 Position Type: Full-Time Position M-F 8AM - 5PM
💰 Compensation: Based on experience
Idaho Elite K-9 Training & Boarding Suites is looking for an organized, customer-focused Receptionist/Reservation Specialist to join our team immediately! If you love dogs and enjoy working in a fast-paced, quickly growing, client-focused environment, this job is for you!
Job Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their dogs with a warm, professional attitude.
Assist clients with check-in/check-out for training and boarding appointments.
Schedule, modify, and confirm training and boarding reservations.
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
Verify and update client records, including vaccine documentation and boarding agreements.
Process payments and manage invoices accurately.
Communicate feeding schedules, medication instructions, and boarding preferences to the kennel technician team.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
Provide information on training programs, boarding services, and upgrades.
Manage multiple calendars.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Other Miscellaneous tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
✅ Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (preferred). Prior sales experience is also helpful, but not required.
✅ Comfortable working with dogs and pet parents.
✅ Computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.
✅ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
