It’s double the cuteness with Octavia & Monty!

These three month old sweeties share their adorableness and love for cuddles, but are pretty different personality wise.

Monty is a high energy, fearless male orange cat. He loves to play with his favorite ladybug toy or chase a fake mouse. Once he’s good and tuckered out, he’ll flop into your nap for a snooze. Monty would do well in a home with another playful cat where he can explore and be his curious self.

Octavia is the sweetheart calico gal. She is calm natured and likes to idly swat her toys around, but is happiest when she’s burrowed into a blanket. Her favorite way to hang out is curled up next to you while you hang out on the couch. Octavia would do well in a more quiet home where you can chill out together.

Meet Echo the cutest grey and white tabby kitten 🩶

Echo is a 4 month old female with the cutest dusty pink nose. She is a silly girl who loves attention and knows she’s the star of the show, as she should be! 🌟 Her sass and energy is infectious and adorable. Echo is an extremely vocal kitten with raspy meows. She meowed as loudly as she could to get herself rescued off the streets and now she meows to tell you to pet her more! 😹 Her favorite toy is a laser pointer which she chases when she is full of energy in the evening. During the day she sleeps in cozy hidden spaces! 💕

Adoption event 7/27 recap - fun, purrs, haircuts (!!!), piña coladas (margarita joint was closed), amazing cat food and things donations, foster friends visits, applications, cat fans swooning over our kittens, and sadly - no music because we forgot to bring the boom box!

Come next week 1-4pm at at Irving! There will be kittens, joy, and jazz!

Meet Athos the gorgeous tabby boy!

Athos is a 5 month old social butterfly. He loves to hang out with humans and other cats and is very vocal and outgoing. He is really cuddly and suckles on his foster parents 😻 Ears, hands, cheeks, arms, anything goes! He loves sleeping on his human’s pillows to be as close to you as possible 🩶 He’s an amazing little guy! Athos enjoys feather toys but isn’t picky, he just wants to play! It would be best if he was adopted to a home with a resident cat or with another one of our amazing kittens because he loves attention so much! He will bring so much joy to whoever adopts him and to his kitty friends!

Mustang was cruelly abandoned in a crate in a Southwestern Brooklyn lot. Left in the blazing heat with no access to food, water, or safety, he was discarded like a piece of trash, but he managed to escape the temporary prison to find some help.

He showed up one block over, jumped into a stranger’s lap & thanks to his recuer, he started the next chapter of his story with a foster. Mustang is about 2 years old, fully vetted & as affectionate as they come. He’ll gently guide your hand for more pets, chat with you using a symphony of meows & he’ll keep you company with his mellow, soulful presence. 💗

Posted • 🚨 URGENT 🚨 Can this community help Shayna, who is going into the NYC shelter system this week with her young daughter, by fostering her 5-year-old cat Midnight till she’s back on her feet? He is neutered and a loving boy.

Shayna, who I had never met, came to speak with me last week when I was picking up cats at the ASPCA and a staff person from the community vet clinic told her to go around to the back of the building to speak with rescuers.

Shayna is working on getting Midnight registered as her support animal. She was in tears speaking with me about him. She’s asked family, followed up on some recommendations I’ve made to contact some orgs, but no luck.

Shayna enters the shelter on July 25. Who can help Midnight? Let’s start with even one month. DM me if you can help. Share this post if you can’t host Midnight, but want to spread the word.
