PLEASE READ :
With gun season starting this weekend, just wanted to hop on here and post some updates. As most of you know, this year, year and a half has been hell. I have had several health issues and a back/hip injury, my mother passed away unexpectedly, my grandmother's health has went down hill fast, with her lung disease progression I am having to be back to work at the library. With all of these circumstances, I haven't been able to be in shop as much I should have been and I have fell behind. I am NOT taking deer for the 2024 season , except from current customers or for euros. I want to get the pieces I do have complete. Most of you, have been more than understanding I appreciate your patience more than you know. I am currently looking to hire someone at the library so I can get back in shop, and I think I am finally on the mend for the most part. I just need a little more patience to get through the rest of the year and I promise I will have your pieces done. Once I do caught up. I will only be taking select pieces to make taxidermy enjoyable again and to grt pieces done in a timely manner. Thank you!

Revised 2023-2024 County Bonus Antlerless Quotas

The County Bonus Antlerless Quotas in Henry, Wayne, Fayette, Union, Franklin, Ripley, Dearborn, and Ohio were all lowered from normal quota levels due to the EHD event in 2022.

So happy for this youth hunter! Congratulations Jax 😁😁😁😁 my favorite part of this job is having these kiddos in my shop telling me their hunting story. Can't wait to bring yours back to life bud. His first turkey ever, happened to be two turkeys by accident. One shot two kills. YES DNR WAS NOTIFIED and came to an agreement.

REMINDER: Tomorrow is deer scoring event at my shop! There is no cost. However please consider making donation to deer scorer. I'll list times everyone is supposed to be here below in case anyone forgot. Please be patient as this is my first event like this. When you come please park in driveway in front of barn, if that happens to be full you can park in my south drive as well! If you need address message me, or I am listed on Google maps. If your not listed its because your not able to make it and i will have your deer scored when there is a break! Excited to see everyone!

With so many people planning on attending deer scoring event, deer scorer said he would prefer to split the day in two. First group between 9 and 1, second group 1 to 4. If your planning on coming let me know when you'll be here below so I can get some kind of schedule made!!!! THANK YOU 🙂

Just a reminder: Deer scoring party is just a little under a month away! February 25th starting at 9am. Anyone is welcome whether you have a deer at my shop or not, if you have an old deer at home you want scored stop on by!
Let me know if your planning on attending below 👇👇👇 would like to have a guesstimate on how many people are coming. If I have alot of interest may schedule times slots so everyone doesn't have to wait around for forever!
