Just a few reminders:
- We are currently booking into June for all appointments , but have a cancelation list we use regularly!
- We are still not accepting any new haircut clients or large bath dog clients. This does not apply to current clients getting new pets, we will do our best to accommodate those situations.
- With warmer weather approaching, Amanda and I will be making some adjustments to our schedules due to participating in multiple craft and vendor fairs. We ask politely that if you will need to leave your dog here past the normal 3 to 4 hour time frame, that you contact us ahead of time so that we can plan accordingly with kennel space or make sure one of us will be here later in the day to check you out.

We appreciate all of your continued support and look forward to a wonderful summer! 🌞

Good Morning! As the dreaded winter weather begins we want to make sure to remind our wonderful clients that you and your pets safety are never worth struggling to get to a grooming appointment! We understand that driving in icy and slick conditions are not always ideal nor safe!
Yes, we are booked out well into the new year, but Amanda and I will always do our best to accommodate anyone who needs to reschedule due to winter weather! So please do not hesitate to get in touch if you feel it isn't safe for you to get here! ❄️

Thanksgiving is 8 weeks away and we are booked solid! December is rapidly filling up, so make sure to get in touch if you would like to get your pet pampered before the end of the year! 🍁

We would like to take the time to remind our clients of our cancelation policy as we've had an increase in last minute cancels and no shows over the past few weeks.
We understand that life happens and in the case of emergencies we make exceptions to this policy. With that being said:
- We ask that any appointments be canceled with a 24 hour notice in hopes we can fill them from our cancelation list.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice or no show for an appt you will be required to keep a card on file with us to book any future appts.
- There will be a 50% of the total grooming cost charged for any of these missed appts.
- Any new client who no shows for their first appt will not be welcomed back to book future appts.
We appreciate our loyal clients and for all of your understanding! 💕
