🥂Happy New Year! 🥳
We would like to thank all of our wonderful clients for another great year at the Paw Spa! Every year we feel so lucky to pamper your pets, watch your families grow up, celebrate your victories and grieve your losses. We are so thankful for not only your loyalty but for your friendship. ❤️
Just a few reminders for 2026:
- Bad roads, weather, family emergencies and illness are all good reasons to cancel an appointment short notice! Safety and health is always our top priority! We will always strive to be as flexible as possible for rebooking!
- For other cancelations we do require a 24 hour notice, this allows us to fill the spot with someone off of our long wait list.
- Anyone who no call/no shows or cancels after the 24 hour cut off for an appt will be required to pay a 50% cost of services fee before being able to book another appt with us and will be required to keep a card on file for all future appts.
- All pets are required to be current on rabies vaccinations and we HIGHLY recommend all dogs be vaccinated for kennel cough(bordetella) anytime they are in a grooming/boarding setting around other pets. We do everything in our control to keep things clean and sanitized, but vaccinations keep your pet extra protected!
