The Raw Feeding Conversation Is Missing the Point
The debate shouldn’t be “Raw vs. Kibble.” The real questions are:
- Fresh vs. Ultra-Processed
- Nutrient Integrity vs. Nutrient Degradation
- Biologically Appropriate vs. Biologically Mismatched

The Problem with Ultra-Processed Diets
Many commercial foods undergo repeated high-heat processing, prolonged storage, and synthetic fortification. Heat can alter amino acids, oxidize fats, and create AGEs linked to chronic inflammation. A “complete and balanced” label doesn’t guarantee phytonutrient diversity, metabolic health, or mitochondrial support.

It’s been a tough month, but we’re pushing forward! While our physical storefront is on hold for now, we are looking at other locations - but good news our website is also almost ready to launch! 🎉
Building something from the ground up isn’t easy. There have been delays, lessons learned, and plenty of moments that tested our patience — but that’s all part of the journey. As a first-time business owner and lifelong animal lover, I’ve embraced every challenge as an opportunity to grow.
Our concept is unique, our passion is real, and we are not giving up. You can get caught up pointing fingers — at costs, at timelines, at setbacks — but at the end of the day, you just keep moving forward. And that’s exactly what we’re doing. 💪
