Imagine your horse as a crystalline magnet.
At their essence—at their core—they are pure, blissful, and relaxed.

But, every human that comes their way…

Your horse will do one of two things:

Let that unwanted energy pass right through them
Resist the energy and inadvertently lock it into their body.

But most humans carry so many worries, stresses, anxieties, sadness, anger, frustration….
That they end up projecting this very heavy baggage onto their horse.

Your horse truly wants to help you carry it, but it’s become too much to bear.
It is essential that you help them lighten their load if you really want them to feel good in their bodies, and steady in their minds.

One of the ways you can do that is by literally clearing the energetic field around you!

Physically, a supple spine promotes fluidity, movement, gracefulness, and effortlessness. But what’s even more important is what’s going on beneath the surface, for this is where your horse's suppleness begins. By the time you see a soft back (or lack thereof) it has already been created...energetically.

Just like traffic on a highway, energy is either allowed to flow or it gets stuck. And, whereas the highway serves as a vital route in and out of the city, so too does the spine serve as a vital route for the entire central nervous system.

Whether supple or stiff, the state of the spine doesn’t just affect muscle and tendon—it affects the efficiency of every organ, nerve, oxygen, clarity of mind, response time, motility, brain function, and even emotional regulation.

Does your horse crib?

Sure it’s a bad habit—
Sometimes learned, sometimes developed.

Whatever the external causes of cribbing, the actual cause is very subtle, invisible, and extraordinarily powerful—and if you get to the root, you have the power to change the behavior for good.

Energy overload, nervous system imbalance, and emotional blockage plague your horse. They are forced to absorb the emotional discord of the humans who care for them.

The laws of nature teach us that energy must move. It must go somewhere and if it is not released, it is stored—where it wreaks havoc on the system and eventually is forced out by way of behavior, health, or soundness issues.

Your horse needs to feel safe in their own body—and only you can help them. Medications, supplements, and temporary fixes will merely keep borrowing from the future as your horse continues to suffer in silence—and release this stored energy the only way they know how.

Start helping your horse soften their bodies, and feel better and their behavior will naturally improve.

Their nervous system mirrors your own and since you are around them, they rely on you to tell them they’re safe.

If you breathe shallowly, and carry your own tension and anxiety—no matter how subtle, they pick up on it and absorb it as their own.
