Ruffin’ It – RVA Weather Update

Heads up, Ruffin’ It families. The weather forecast for tomorrow (Monday) is calling for the potential of severe storms across central Virginia late morning through the evening, with strong winds and even isolated tornadoes possible.

Because of this, I’ll be keeping a close eye on the radar throughout the day. Some walk times may be shifted earlier or adjusted depending on how the storms develop. If your pup’s visit needs to move for safety, I will message you directly.

Your dogs’ safety and mine always come first, especially when severe weather moves through quickly like this.

Thank you for your flexibility and for trusting me with your pups. I’ll keep everyone updated as the forecast evolves.

🐾 Official Announcement from the Ruffin’ It Dog Council 🐾

Dear Humans,

We regret to inform you that our walker, Jordan, will be temporarily unavailable for squirrel patrol and neighborhood sniff inspections.

We tried to stop this, but unfortunately her sister is forcing her to celebrate turning 40 on April 24 instead of walking dogs that day. We appealed the decision, but the sister appears to outrank us.

Jordan will also be away for a short vacation:

🐾 April 24 – The Big 4-0 (against our wishes)
🐾 May 6 – May 16 – vacation time

Please plan your walks, potty breaks, and squirrel security accordingly. If alternate arrangements are needed, kindly contact the human in charge.

We expect normal operations — including treats and long walks — to resume immediately upon her return.
