Today, we visited a HCM clinic. HCM is a serious heart disease that is unfortunately prevalent in some bengal lines. A typical vet cannot detect early HCM. For that reason, we schedule voluntary echo-cardiogram exams with a board certified cardiologist (in this case, Dr Jess Weidman). While the tests are expensive, the information is invaluable. I am pleased to share the the following girls tested "normal" today:

Brilliantbengal Eragon recently earned his LCWW GC! He previously earned his TICA CH and CFA CH. I try to support all the local shows. This isn't a great strategy for campaigning, but it is great fun.
