What a wonderful way to spend a rainy fall afternoon. We had such a nice time creating and collaborating together in yesterday's Preserved Botanical Besom Broom Class . It's always a pleasure to guide these classes.

Celebrate the harvest season with one of our fall classes .

🍂Our Preserved Flower Pumpkin Class was so popular last year we added another date to accommodate busy calendars.
With the proper(easy) care your pumpkin will last through the holiday season.

✨Feeling a little witchy? Create a Preserved Botanical Besom (Broom) in our newest class and bring a little magic to your space. Historically besoms have been an important symbol of cleansing and spiritual protection, used to sweep away negativity and create sacred spaces.

This wasn't my plan for this bed, but I'm not mad about it. Early, early spring I pulled almost everything out..a gangly knockout rose, some random perennials, etc with the plan to first try some sweet peas and then to use it to trial some perennials for cuts. Well, the sweet peas ended up as a groundhog snack and then slowly I saw the milk week pop-up. And of course I had to leave it.
It smells amazing in this part of the garden between the milkweed and the stock in another bed closeby...sweet and spicy.
I've been checking every day for signs of monarchs and this morning while observing and filming the bees, I spotted this guy! 💛🖤🤍💚

We are pulling back from weekly markets this season and this is the best way to get your weekly flower fix!

You may still find us on an occasional Saturday at our favorite farmers market , but this season is looking a little different as I'll be having a knee replacement at the end of the month and recovery will be my focus this summer.
