✨Student Spotlight✨ today we would like to feature one of our students from Medquest College, Lauren! You might see her loving on your furbabies and improving her skills over the next couple of months triaging rooms with us! We love teaching students from local vet tech programs how to improve at drawing up vaccines, properly restraining animals, monitoring anesthesia, and learning to draw blood and placing IV catheters. 🐾

Today’s teaching Tuesday is all about cat neutering. Cats are usually neutered as early as 5 months old! Neutering prevents unwanted litters, testicular cancer, and reduces the likelihood that male cats will spray around their environment! These two kittens pictured recently got neutered with us and did very well under their anesthetic procedures, if you have a cat that needs to get neutered give us a call tomorrow to get that surgery scheduled; 859-408-7050! 💙🐾

August 28th is National Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day🌈🐾 our pets leave pawprints on our hearts and holes when they leave whether it’s expected or unexpectedly. Today is a day where we remember all the clients who have lost a pet with us in the past and present and reflect on all the cuddles and love our staff has given that pet and the last moments we got to spend with them. 🥹❤️
