…I was in Harlem and had one of MO’s dogs. He inspired me to do this for myself. He said, if you ever need money, you don’t have to rob, steal, con, or sell drugs to make a lot of money. If you love people, they will you back. If you treat them right, they will support you. You’ll make lots of money, and that will provide you the capital to do other things. Put yourself thru college, support your family, buy other businesses-you make it. While I don’t have any kids, I did see the need to be in a position to take care of a family in advance one day. If anyone is hopeless, not sure how you’re going to survive, this might be a good option for you to try, for a year or 2, build up some capital and pivot into other things! MO did it! I did it. Many other have done it! You can too! If you can boil water, can be clean, and smile, you can make money. People WILL look at your nails, your hair, your clothes. You MUST be clean, smell good, be friendly ALWAYS! Women will come! They NEVER come alone! They come in packs, groups. Treat a women right, she will patronize you. P**s her off, or try to hit on her, you will lose thousands. Always be kind, friendly, but purposeful and serious about your goals! LASER FOCUS! The has money to give out and they have loans. Here’s our ChiConey Lemonade and it’s delicious! We use real and squeeze by hand. It sells for $6-8/glass for a 32oz cup, catered or at pop up’s. From your entrepreneurial viewpoint, you’ll make about $2000-$8000 on a hot day with a large walk by crowd. Seriously! We have proof! You can’t do this by yourself. The lines will be long, nonstop and consistent! You will run out of stuff! We recommend you go out planning to sell 250-350 cups at $7/cup per cycle. You’ll need 2-3 people to work plus yourself per 3-4hr shift. Doing concerts, festivals, fairs, etc. plan on going live at 10am for first sale and shutting down at 10pm. That’s 12 hours, and four 3hr shifts. Each shift can make $1500 to $2500 including tips. Don’t believe me? Look at videos of others doing this on YouTube just search Ben Wilson Lemonade. In winter lemonade sells less but you swap for apple cider and hot chocolate and coffee. Summer, just lemonade. Lemonade stands are the classic American startup profitable from day one but you must do it right and do it legal!

As an entrepreneur-Small Business Owner or investor; be mindful of YOUR DEBT obligation which is federal debt + state debt + local debt per citizen. That’s what’s on your shoulder for every individual in the U.S. When our businesses grow; we need to hire people to meet demand from customers. When we hire, we actually CREATE JOBS, which in turn will add tax revenue. This is our mandate. When and create policies that make it easier for us to create and people, it has a direct impact at the frontlines of business. Honestly, they’re trying really hard. There’s progress being made. I owe it to them to share the truth. We’re planning to hire 3 or 4 full time workers immediately and maybe 4 part time people. They MUST successfully pass the exam before they can be allowed to start. We face unique challenges to provide food in a pandemic environment. Wages are going to be $20-$35/hr or we’re thinking about doing a $15/hr PLUS direct profit sharing. Being competitive to hire, attract, and retain talent is a serious issue now. If you’re a business owner, we must show new hires a pathway to a successful future; and how we (as employers) can play a part in their career success! Our ChiConey Lemonade stands and Hot Dog carts seen here are great part-time or full-time money makers if you’re starting from ZERO. It costs about $500 to start a lemonade stand. It costs about $1500 to start your own hot dog cart if you build cart yourself (carts, permits, insurance). It costs about $5,000 to startup with a pre-made new hot dog cart (if you can find one). We build our own equipment and we also buy new from the high quality hot dog cart manufacturers such as Ben Wilson of HotDogCartStore. NOTE: Once you get going, you will make more money from that you do on the street. Often, you’ll wake up; have an order prepaid, money in bank, go buy food, prepare meals, and deliver! Question-“If you’re a hot dog dude, why do you talk about stocks or investing?”. This is a question I was asked by a young kid. Answer-Because if you don’t know what to do with money, you will most likely be broke. I share the stocks and investment things I’ve done with my fellow slingers because I want to change their mindset. My late Father would look at my friends as a kid, and immediately frown up and disapprove. He used to say, “…..you wanna be poor son, hang around poor people. You wanna be rich, hang around rich people! They talk about completely different things!”. Dad was right. It’s obvious, the stock market has grown tremendously over time. Wealth has definitely been created. Most Americans do NOT directly own stocks! The amount the DIRECTLY OWN stocks is about 15%. Over 50% of Americans own stocks INDIRECTLY thru mutual funds, ETFs, retirement accounts etc. But the top wealthiest people definitely own stocks directly. My wealthy friends absolutely do not think about working for money to pay bills. My poor friends do though. My wealthy friends are always talking with me about ways to PUT THEIR MONEY TO WORK. We talk about this frequently. My poor friends, talk about what THEY MUST DO TO WORK to pay bills. They almost NEVER call me to talk about or brainstorm ways FOR US to have our assets make US MONEY. Bless their hearts! It’s always the problems THEY ARE HAVING and what THEY MUST DO! Never what WE CAN DO! This is why my Father got so upset when he hanging around anyone that was in a “ME” agenda, not a “WE” agenda. Since childhood, I’ve been subliminally trained to be alerted to the use of WE. So, if you’re single, and considering a soulmate - watch how many times they say “I” or “ME” versus “WE”. I share info I’ve learned with everyone so WE can improve the quality of our lives. Put your money to work for you! Not matter how small the amount-start thinking about what you’re able to save and leverage one day going to work for you and your soulmate! I promise you, your mind will bear fruit. The good kind. Hot Dog vending is great for people who love people and are clean, kind and considerate. Good luck!

We had to build a commissary kitchen to make food for delivery instead of being at concerts, festivals and street side like we used to prior to Covid19. Our deliveries via services like and others will be in SEALED meal bags and TAMPER RESISTANT. Thanks to financial support from our loyal for helping us and making this possible. After construction and ServSafe training, we’ll be hiring 4-6 full time people with our next funding round.
