!! Update on our new communication platform- Rapport by Covetrus !!

Since the discontinuation of PetPro Connect, we have been exploring options to be able to best serve our clients.

Prior to the holidays, we signed up for Rapport by Covetrus. Management has been doing onboarding calls to prepare to launch this service.

We are, as of now, set to go live with Rapport on February 1st. Covetrus will be sending invitations to the email addresses we have on file for you. If you need to update the email address on file, please contact the office at 912-756-3999.

WE WILL BE CLOSED THIS SATURDAY, JANUARY 14th 2023.

We apologize for any inconvenience, we just found out that Ford avenue will be closed Saturday morning for an MLK Day Parade.

We realize this is very short notice. We will be calling all scheduled appointments to reschedule and will make every effort to get you in as soon as possible.

Saturday December 3rd is the annual Richmond Hill Christmas parade! We will be closed due to the road closure and hope everyone enjoys this community event.

We are sad to announce that the PetPro Connect portal that had previously partnered with our hospital has been discontinued by the manufacturer. We know how important convenience is to all of our clients, so please bear with us as we transition into a new platform- Covetrus Rapport.

Rapport will have all of the features of PetPro Connect and more!

We will be posting an update once our staff is trained and we are ready to send out the invitations for Rapport.
