Hi everyone! My name is Rebecca and I’m sharing this on behalf of Roger and his family. On Sunday night, their garage caught on fire and they are temporarily displaced from their home for the time being. While everyone is safe, they will be taking some time to get back to any calls and messages while they sort things out and figure out their next steps day by day. I’ve created a gofundme for them and would like to share it for anyone who can donate or share it themselves. Roger and his family are my dearest friends and I know how important he is to all of his clients as well.

Did you know brushing just twice a week can lower your chances of having a matted pup?

Tips and tricks:
1) Never brush wet fur
2) Fully dry your pup whenever they get wet
3) Use a slicker brush and metal wide tooth comb
4) Grab the hair below the tangle and carefully brush to not irritate the skin
5)Do not attempt to remove matting if it’s already to the skin

Schedule for next year will be open November 1. We highly suggest regular maintenance pups get on a 4-8 week schedule.

Roger is currently back in service, with a little help. If we missed your appointment and haven’t rescheduled please reach out.

I want to start off by saying we absolutely love our clients and every pup we service.
Unfortunately, Roger slipped at a clients house on Friday, shattering his ankle in 3 places. He will be getting surgery this week and is expected to be out for a couple of months.

We wanted to let everyone know we absolutely intend to get back up and running as soon as we can.

**ALL APPOINTMENTS IN NOVEMBER/DECEMBER WILL REMAIN ON SCHEDULE AT THIS TIME

Thank you to everyone that has supported us since we opened this April. We hate letting you all down but are hopeful to have you return when we do.

I will still be answering messages and giving Roger all of your kind words. Please contact me if you would like to move your appointment to later this year.
