I have been asked on more than one occasion if I would feature pups 🐶 who are currently being fostered and are up for adoption through rescue groups — and of course the answer is yes.

This beautiful girl is named Tazzy, a 3-year-old pup with German Shepherd, Husky, and Malamute in her bloodlines. 🧬 She is currently available for adoption through Mikey’s Chance, a rescue organization based in Eastern Washington. 🇺🇸

Mikey’s Chance is a non-profit canine rescue dedicated to helping dogs in need throughout the Pacific Northwest find their forever homes. 🐾

I’m told Tazzy is full of energy, so if you love getting outdoors for long hikes 🥾 and adventures and are looking for a loyal companion to join you, she just might be the perfect fit.

Tazzy is great with children, though she is not a fan of cats. 🐈‍⬛ She enjoys car rides 🚘 naps 💤 and apparently makes an excellent weighted blanket. 😊

Let’s all wish Tazzy the very best of luck in finding the perfect humans for her, and congratulate her on being named Postman Dean’s Dog of the Day! 🎉 🎈
