What a beautiful bunch of baby BELs! We have been trying to produce these kiddos for three years now; we've been delayed for a number of reasons, but we finally have eight gorgeous and healthy blue-eyed leucistic hatchlings!

Also pictured are Visenya and Aegon, the mom and dad of this clutch. Aegon is a Super Lesser / Pastel. We aren't certain about Visenya's genes as she was an adoption, but both parents being BELs, all of the hatchlings were guaranteed to be BELs as well. We are looking forward to getting Visenya shed tested through Rare Genetics, Inc. to see exactly what she has.

We produced these babies specifically because they make such beautiful pets; every kiddo in this clutch will be available for sale. BEL is a popular gene combo, so we expect them to go fast once they are eating. If you are interested in getting one, please don't wait to reach out to us to discuss reserving one!

Now this is a lovely bunch of baby bees! Freshly shed, each of these beautiful hatchlings is double het for Clown and Desert Ghost. Visually, they are sporting mixes of Orange Dream, Pastel, and Yellow Belly. After taking meals and being genetically identified (wish me luck), nearly all - if not ALL - of these kiddos will be ready for new homes.

We will be at the YMCA Youth Development Center here in Rhinelander on Tuesday, 22 July for another educational program! We can't wait to teach the kids about snakes again! 🐍

The fourth and final hatchling of Frigg's clutch came out of their egg today; I've gotta say, we are already in love. 🤩

They look to me to be a Pastel / Spotnose / Piebald, but we should have a more solid ID after their first shed. Either way, we adore their peppered-style saddles and their high-expression Pied. Theirs is a shed test we are really going to be looking forward to - we still need to see if they are Het Lavender Albino and/or Het Clown!

I spy a brand new baby Pied! Frigg's clutch has three Piebalds out of four eggs, and this kiddo is the first to start coming out of their shell. While we didn't hit any Lavender Albinos, the non-Pied is a Spotnose, and one of the Pieds even looks Spotnose! We can't wait to see these kiddos all hatched out.

We'll be running a round of shed tests on these babies to check for Het Clown and Het Lavender Albino. Fingers (and tails) crossed!

We have gotten the shed test results back for this beautiful Lavender Albino girl from Freya's clutch. Visually, she is a Pastel / Spotnose / Lavender Albino, and we know that she carries Het Piebald from her dad Genesis. We wanted to see if she is also Het Clown from dad, and we tested for Spotnose just to be sure (the expression gets lost a little in her Pastel).

RGI updated our results not an hour ago; this fantastic girl is indeed Spotnose AND Het Clown! This is the very first triple recessive hatchling that we've produced (including visuals and hets), and she is the biggest step forward in a project that we've hatched out so far. We are so very excited by these results!

We have a few Pied babies to test as well from both Freya and Frigg's clutches (Frigg's was cut today), so we're hoping for at least another one or two triple-recessive kiddos. Having said that, we'll be on the fence whether to make this Lav girl available or to hold her back. If anyone is interested, we're happy to discuss further; just shoot us a message. 😊

Clutch #7 for the year. All but two of our paired girls have gone so far (those two we intentionally stopped pairing because of changed plans). We expect one final clutch this summer from Ava who has just had her prelay shed.

This is Iana, a Black Pastel / Pastel. She, like Oya, was paired to Ouranos, a Black Pastel / Fire / Het Clown. We are looking forward to some nice incomplete dominant combos from these babies. Iana laid seven smallish but very healthy eggs.

We really can't overstate how excited we are to be having such a great breeding season. We've had only a couple eggs go bad during incubation, and we've had no slugs (so far). Most importantly, all of our mamas have been eating almost right away after laying, and all the hatchlings have come out healthy.

We adore these animals, and it is such a joy to work with them, breed them, grow them up, and love them. We will always share our passion and knowledge with anyone who asks, and we look forward to doing this for years to come.

I know that this was a long-winded post! Thank you for reading and sharing in our passion. We will have hatchlings available to go to new homes in the coming weeks, and we have other ball pythons - from juveniles to proven breeder adults - available now.
