This weekend's run order - please confirm!

WHEN: February 22 & 23, 2025

I just wanted to clear up some confusion about this weekend's run order and to ensure that everyone knows what the run order is. Forefront, I apologize for the any inconvenience or confusion. See images with this post for the run order.

Before the trial opened, some class changes (as to what day classes were offered) were requested - after I had gotten the premium approved by NADAC and it had been published on the NADAC site as well as our site. Since the changes requested were before opening, I requested (and they were approved by NADAC) to make these changes, and NADAC updated their site and I updated ours. NO CHANGES WERE MADE TO THE CLASSES OR RUN ORDERS SINCE THEN. If you see something different than the run order posted below, all I can think is that your browser was storing the cache from our site or from NADAC.

I have deleted and uploaded the website in hopes that it may help browsers retrieve a new copy of any files that you have downloaded from our site, but the best way to ensure that you are viewing the correct thing, it may be best to clear your browser's cache.

To ensure that everyone knows exactly what the run order is this weekend, here it is. If you thought it was something different and need to change what you are running in, please email me by tomorrow evening so I can make the changes before I print everything Thursday. Please note that the premium states to check the Tentative Run Order that is posted on our website (along with the premium) for an exact run order).

A friendly reminder that ALL dogs must have a permanent height card on file when competing, or be measured at trials they attend.

This means that I will need to see a copy of your dog’s card (so it can be in my database) - that way you will not be listed on the “to measure” list.

Not sure if you have a permanent height card? Check the NADAC website https://www.nadac.com/registration-number-lookup/ and look up your dog using your name. If your dog has their card on file with NADAC there will be your dog’s standard jump height (without any reductions) listed in the HEIGHT CARD field.

You can also print your dog’s card from this page as well!

Not seeing a Height Card reference and you know that you sent it to NADAC? Contact them at [email protected] (Don’t contact me, I can’t fix it!).

I do need to see a copy or reference to your dog’s card though, so I can mark it off in our database! Once you have done this ONE TIME with ZAP, that data will be transferred to future trials as well.

WAYS TO GET ME YOUR DOG’S HEIGHT CARD:
1. Screenshot your dog’s permanent height card and email to me at [email protected].
2. Bring a copy of the card to the trial and show me at the score table.

WHAT IF MY DOG DOES NOT HAVE A PERMANENT HEIGHT CARD?
… then your dog will need to be measured at the trial. Measuring will take place before the start of the trial, before or after the judge’s briefing, so arrive early, and be sure to PRINT OUT A HEIGHT CARD FORM from the NADAC website.

Start the new year off right by joining us for the ZAP NEW YEAR trial!

The weather forecast is for just cold temps, but in the event that there is some ice we will delay the start of the trial for everyone's safety. Please check our page (https://www.facebook.com/ZAPagility) for any updates.

Nina Safe WILL NOT be at this trial after all - the vendor app she submitted was intended for our March trial!

SOMETHING NEW FOR TRIALS: The makers of our agility software have made it to where I can edit the height run order, so at this trial we will NOT be running 4-20 or 20-4! Those of you who ALWAYS get stuck being the first or last dog in a class will get a break!

WHAT: ZAP (Zooming Agility Pups) Agility Club North American Dog Agility Council (NADAC) Trial January 20 - 21, 2024
NEW START TIME: Saturday Start Time is 9 AM
WHERE: Run Wild Dog Sports in Auburn WA

For everyone's safety we will start the trial tomorrow at 9AM. This will give everyone more time for the side roads to thaw if your neighborhood is still a bit icy.

For reference, I live in Maple Valley and the side streets were icy this morning, and the deck is still icy. But the main roads to RunWIld were clear and dry, as was the RunWild parking lot when I went to check on things this morning.
