Well today is a sad and happy day. This is the last day of Copper’s Resort (at least for now). Copper and Cinnamon have packed up their toys and snacks and are headed to Naples, Florida to retire in the sunshine. We have loved all the friends we’ve made over the past five years. We are so grateful to all the parents who trusted us to care for their pups. If you need care for your dog, all clients are welcome at our we**ie friend Arthur’s Tiny Tails Club www.tinytailsclub.com or 509-961-1942. It’s in Renton and only for dogs under 20 lbs too. Perfect spot for daycare and boarding for your treasured little fur baby.

This week we went on a field trip to an assisted living facility. Six weens and one puppy got to bring a little bit of love to a resident, who is the mother of one of our clients. She used to own Dachshunds, but hasn’t been able to for quite some time. The dogs each took turns getting held and giving kisses.

Yesterday, one of our oldest and most faithful clients, Miss Rosie, passed away. For four years she was here for a day or two almost every week. She became a part of our family and experienced so many important life moments with us, like the day we adopted Cinnamon. We will miss her dearly ❤️😢

We had the best Easter here! We had an Easter Egg hunt. The eggs were filled with fresh watermelon, green beans, blueberries, broccoli and a little kibble. After the hunt, each dog also got a boiled egg 🥚
