Welcome, new queen Tequila 🍸✨
After more than two years of searching, I finally found the perfect addition to our breeding program here at Maine C**n Cattery. Tequila has the structure, beauty, temperament, and color that I have been hoping to responsibly add to our lines, and I could not be more excited about her future.
As with every breeding cat in our program, Tequila will complete comprehensive health testing prior to breeding, including DNA genetic testing, echocardiogram (HCM heart screening), and hip evaluations to help ensure strong health and healthy future kittens. Responsible breeding and health are always my top priority, and all of our kings and queens are carefully evaluated before ever producing litters.
She still has some growing to do before she will be ready to breed, but she is already proving to be an absolutely beautiful, healthy, and promising Maine C**n queen. I truly cannot wait to watch her grow and eventually contribute to our healthy, well-socialized, pedigreed Maine C**n kittens here in Washington state. 🐾💕
