It’s moments like this when I am just overfilled with joy to see my customers so happy with their babies. That’s what makes my passion worthwhile. Sometimes it’s very difficult as a breeder. It’s a lot of work. It’s definitely not a 9 to 5. But with moments like this it’s so very rewarding. ❤️💕❤️

Welcome, new queen Tequila 🍸✨

After more than two years of searching, I finally found the perfect addition to our breeding program here at Maine C**n Cattery. Tequila has the structure, beauty, temperament, and color that I have been hoping to responsibly add to our lines, and I could not be more excited about her future.

As with every breeding cat in our program, Tequila will complete comprehensive health testing prior to breeding, including DNA genetic testing, echocardiogram (HCM heart screening), and hip evaluations to help ensure strong health and healthy future kittens. Responsible breeding and health are always my top priority, and all of our kings and queens are carefully evaluated before ever producing litters.

She still has some growing to do before she will be ready to breed, but she is already proving to be an absolutely beautiful, healthy, and promising Maine C**n queen. I truly cannot wait to watch her grow and eventually contribute to our healthy, well-socialized, pedigreed Maine C**n kittens here in Washington state. 🐾💕

Beware of Scammers!

Unfortunately, one of the hardest parts about breeding these amazing cats is dealing with scammers.

There is currently someone using the address to my business, “selling” Maine C**ns for $600 (and they didn’t even spell Maine correctly… they left out the “E”). That alone should tell you everything you need to know.

Please hear me clearly:
That is NOT me and NOT my cattery.

These scams are very real, and they are targeting people who are genuinely excited to bring home a Maine C**n. It’s upsetting and honestly frustrating for both breeders and families.

For the safety of my customers and future customers:
👉 If you have not spoken with me directly on the phone or FaceTime, it is NOT me.
👉 I will always verify myself, my cats, and my program with you personally.
👉 If something feels off (especially pricing like that), trust your gut.

If you ever see something suspicious, please send it to me. I’m always happy to confirm and protect my community.

Let’s keep these babies going to safe, loving homes — and not into the hands of scammers. 💛

They are a scammer and they are trying to be a legitimate Maine c**n cattery business! Do not recommend! They are not the Maine c**n cattery in Washington. They are a scam. Call the legitimate Maine c**n cattery in Seattle, Washington. There is no Amanda that works here.

Worth it? Always.
