Dirty kitten introductions (they spent time in a rural shelter before coming to SPCA where they got their first vaccinations and dewormed. I give them a couple of days to recover and de-stress before bathing them). Meet the County Litter. Named after some of the counties in Nevada.

Kittens clinic recheck was Monday. All are still positive for ringworm (as expected). Little Surprise (the tiger stripe tiny one) isn't gaining weight. She was also mildly dehydrated. She was given sub-q fluids and B-12 shot.

This little girl gets extremely stressed out on bath day. So much so that she self isolates from her siblings, vomits and refuses food and water for about 12 hours post bath time. The sad part is that baths are twice a week; she barley gets recovered from her stress and it happens all over again.

Between the clinic, foster coordinator and myself, we will come up with a game plan to take care of this little girl.

She now has special food, and gets sub-q fluids as needed. I am also syringe feeding her bone broth to help keep her hydrated.

The other three little girls are doing well.

It has been a couple of years since I have had ringworm babies.....now I have four! Photos of them in the crate on the way to my house, and photos after their bath. These little ones are pretty severe. Hopefully the bathing and meds will help it clear quickly. They lost so much hair when I bathed them I actually used Draino in the sink afterwards.

The pups are doing well. Today they got to explore a little outside. They had fun, came in had dinner and now it is nap...

Meet Morticia, Twilight and Igor. They are about 4 weeks old. Part of a litter of 7 babies. Mom was getting aggressive and mean with them so now they get to puppy with me and another foster.

Kittens went back last week and are now in homes. Picked up these little ones. Updates coming!
