LILLY’S SUCCESS ADOPTION STORY:

Lilly arrived from a small, rural shelter, Porterville, California in need of assistance. Chihuahua Rescue assisted in helping Lilly become comfortable with people again. She blossomed and now has an amazing home!

Her mom writes: Lilly is great she also has a friend who is a Shihtzu named Treyvon. (Trey) They are best friends and love each other like a married couple lol!

ANOTHER SUCCESS STORY:

Hi Chi Rescue: Clarabelle is doing outstandingly well. She has settled into her home and has friends in the building that come over to play. She has also become much better with strangers and will warm up to them much more quickly than in the beginning. I love her dearly and I believe she loves me dearly too. All of her needs are taken care of, she gets walks 3 to 4 times a day, I have her on blue buffalo and I've even been able to get her to loose some weight, she was a bit heavy when I adopted her. Thank you so much for providing me with such a loving, affectionate and fun partner in crime.

ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL ADOPTION:

Draco (now Finn) mom writes: Finn is an absolute gem and has settled in great. He has gotten a lot better with going to the bathroom outside. He has grown to love his walks and is the king of cuddles. He needed 7 teeth pulled and had a plastic ring embedded around one of his molars. Since then, his eyes are less weepy, his nose is nice and wet and he has a lot more energy. We have took him on his first camping trip and he loved it! We could not be happier to have him be apart of our family.We are still working on getting him to not bark at other dogs. He does act like a little sheriff of the town.

HELLO! FEATHER IS DOING GREAT! I LOVE HER SO MUCH. SHE HAS CHOSEN ME AS HER BEST BUDDY. SHE LOVES TO DRIVE WHEN WE GET THE MAIL. SHE HOLDS ON TO THE STEERING WHEEL TOO. Hello,
Leaven, aka Gracie May, is a blessing and she loves to travel. As soon as you open the car door she wants in and we're going. She has traveled with me to Colorado, Utah, and Arizona. She's a great travel buddy. She likes to go for walks and loves to be held. I'm grateful to her previous parent, she is well behaved and must have been loved a lot. Thank you for the opportunity to have her as a part of our family.

SUCCESSFUL ADOPTION:

Thanks for reaching out to see how we’re doing with Mia (Frida). She is a little cuttle bug and has quickly become one of the family. She is older than originally noted (about 17 weeks) but that’s not an issue. She’s struggling a bit with potty training but she’ll get there; she’s still young and adjusting.

We are thrilled with our puppy adoption and we’ll let others know on your page with some pictures in the next day or two.

SUCCESSFUL ADOPTION STORY:

Chica has been renamed PRINCESS and she definitely lives up to her name!

She is very protective of me and wants all the love for herself. She has definitely become my dog but she still wants attention from her dad.

When we got her she would bite anyone who tried to touch her but now she’s pretty much made friends with everyone. We just have to watch it with newcomers. She’s made friends with our other little dog Jax and wants to play all the time with him.

When nighttime comes they both snuggle under the covers with me.

We really love her and she’s living her best life now!
