Our Labs are raised in our home, on the shores of the Black River in the Southern Adirondacks.

Sometimes people come into your life, and you are immediately drawn to them. Lee and Nancy were one of my first real estate clients several years ago, and the sweetest couple ever! We have stayed in touch and seen each other several times since then. When Nancy reached out to me about Wiggy, I couldn’t have been happier, as I knew they would give her the best life ever! After coming here for a couple of meet and greets, and an intro to their dog, Scout, and good friend, Barb, they decided that Wiggy was the perfect fit for them. I brought her to their lovely home, in the rolling countryside outside of Cobleskill, today, and she immediately felt at home. I just got this picture from Nancy, along with a text that Wiggy is happily watching TV with them. My heart if happy, especially knowing that I will get to see her periodically! Thank you, Lee and Nancy, for making Wiggy part of your family. And thank you to the dozens of people that have reached out to give her a home. She is where she should be! ❤️🐾

I have had several people contact me recently on flea and tick recommendations. I use Wondercide spray and topical drops on all my dogs, as well as spraying myself down before walking in the woods. It comes in awesome natural scents and helps with that wet dog smell after a long romp in the woods! I keep a spray bottle in each vehicle as well. If you are looking for an equivalent home brew, though, here it is. Please consider what you are doing to your dog before using some of the other recommended products. They can cause seizures, long term issues, and even death. The newest is a one year Bravecto shot. That’s one whole year of poison injected into your dog’s body at one time. Please do your research, talk to your vets and mentors. Let’s keep our fur babies as safe as possible! 🐾❤️
