Behind every stethoscope is a human. This profession is filled with love, but also heavy challenges. Unrealistic expectations, after-hours demands, and even bullying take a toll.

While we are honored to care for your pets, we are also people with families, homes, and pets of our own waiting for us at the end of the day.

To our clients who show patience, kindness, and respect for our boundaries — thank you. You remind us why we do what we do, and your compassion makes all the difference.

Let’s stand together for healthier, kinder veterinary medicine.

And to our fellow veterinary clinics: we challenge you to share the people behind the scrubs — the families, the sacrifices, and the hearts that make this work possible. Together, we can start a movement of compassion for those who dedicate their lives to veterinary medicine. 🐾

A litter of kittens was found at NTES this morning. 2 have found a home and the remaining 5 are being fostered for now. If you are interested in giving one of these babies a home, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

🐾 ATTENTION CLIENTS 🐾

• We will be closed next week, July 21st-July 25th, to give our staff and doctor some much needed time with their families. We will reopen normal business hours on July 28th.
• If you need prescriptions filled before we close, please make sure to get them before 5:30 on Friday, July 18th.
• During the week of vacation, please refer to Savannah Veterinary Emergency Clinic at (912) 355-6113 OR New River Veterinary Specialist at (843) 898-6787 for emergencies.
