Everyone is having a great day… except this husky, who has been dramatically announcing her desire to go home since breakfast. 😂

Last 2 hunt tests were cowtown in Texas and lake country in Minnesota! Couldn’t be more proud of our crew!

Just so everyone is well aware that Paige’s first finished pass ever was with Brewer a golden!! Just for the record! 😂😂

Cowtown was one of the toughest finished tests I’ve seen in a while and man was it fun! Crew went 33/36!

Lake country test was also a tough test that was hosted at Horse and Hunt! Crew went 25/27!

Thank you to everyone who puts these events on and thank you to all of our River bottom family for trusting us with YOUR dogs!!

The 2026 Spring Grand!

This grand marks a milestone for River Bottom Dog Training…. Our first 2 grand passes!

Thank you Josh Judge and Adam Tupman for trusting us with your dogs! Without our customers none of this could ever happen and congratulations to both of you for earning your first grand passes as well.

Thank you to all the judges, the committee, bird help and everyone in between as this big of an event doesn’t go this smooth without great people.

Hush (Adam Tupman)

We couldn’t be happier with the results of this year’s grand and now time to put our heads down and get ready for fall.

One last thing and it’s definitely the most important part. Thank you to Paige Wiehr and all of our kennel help at home making sure all the dogs get trained and are well taken care of. They truly are the backbone.

Well we have made it home safe and sound!!! What a trip! Just wanted everyone to know we made it back! A follow up post about the trip and hunt test we just ran coming soon!

Happy Birthday to the man who bet on himself, embraced the grind, and put in the hours when no one was watching.

The consistency, the sacrifice, and the drive don’t go unnoticed.
