Sam's Cats & Dogs is a family owned independent pet supply store. We are committed to the people and pets in the communities we serve and provide only the highest quality food, treats and supplies, with our main emphasis on pet nutrition.

Are you a hard worker with an outstanding work ethic?
Do you work well in a group and independently?

If you answered yes to all of these questions, we want you!! We are hiring for a part-time retail associate position at our Redmond location.

The ideal employee must be:
🐱able to perform repetitive tasks
🐶 able work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends (We do try to maintain set schedules, but require some flexibility from our team.)
🐱 able to lift and carry up to 50lbs repetitively
🐶 able to stand on their feet for several hours at a time
🐱 a dedicated hard worker that has the desire to learn about pet nutrition and apply their knowledge
🐶 hardworking, positive, organized, a self-starter and a problem solver
🐱 able to provide excellent customer service
🐶 comfortable using software, including Google Docs, Google Sheets and retail POS systems

We offer competitive wages, employee discount, further pet education, a fun and upbeat environment and more!!

We are a retail store and you MUST be able to comfortably talk and communicate with people in person and via phone and email/text, and work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: Starting at $18.50 per hour, DOE

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
