this is a live on position, very well suited for a young talented person who has good riding and showing skill in Dressage or hunter/jumpers. A large Farm with a lovely 20 stall barn will be at your disposal to build your own riding or trainer program , with support from the owner. There are some nice talented sale horses well broke many ready to step into the ring and ready to market , salary and lovely 2 bedroom apt , commissions possible on sale horses. $9500 special Green price on this talented little mare just started and going well, Easy willing and so much talent she is coming 7 stand 15.2 is by a fantastic dutch harness stallion Picture included out of a kwpn/saddle bred mare. this has created a super talented mare with top skills for piaffe and passage..she will be super easy to do changes and can do tempi on her own , has good movement with the hind end coming well under and not out for excellent canter and trot, a very good forward reach she is not up and down . She will be best with a light easy rider with soft ands and not strong legs she is very responsive and does not need much . Currently be hacked around the farm alone she is brave and willing and a very happy horse. good in the barn and easy to work with not hot very sensiable . price is good for the next couple months until she is ready to show. A favorite for everyone who visits this big black mare always catches the eye of anyone who sees her. she is sweet very kind and rides like your sitting on your couch , she is almost to comfortable be warned you could become a lazy rider . She is a 2009 model born on Easter evening . She has always been special , Multi talented schooled for both hunter and dressage , she could do either or both very good form over the rails and has scope to be a good 3ft or derby horse and has lovely gaits and beautiful presence for the dressage ring , sweet and perfect barn manners as well Mid 5's for price

2009 17.1 big boy with talent for any ring, By Tenerife VDL jumped shown to 1 m but has schooled over 4ft at home currently training dressage schooling level 1 and 2 but with a little more condition and strength could move up to a solid third level , has good changes , lateral work , lengthen stride extended and collected canter good back , he is good to ride but a bigger stronger rider would enjoy him more ( he is huge height and around) a lot of horse, sweet and easy in the barn excellent anyone can handle a big puppy dog personality loves to be your friend, people take notice of him where every he goes Mid 5's

16.2 big bodied mare , untapped talent has kind of been always shoved to the back burner so being sold as green , she is ridable pretty easy walk trot canter knows some lateral just needs condition and balance in her work she is bug and can be strong mostly come from the above , unbalanced and strength. currently being worked 2 to 3 times a week. She is 8/9 lovely mover good dressage prospect has not been put over fences super comfortable to sit and uphill forward mover lower 5's until she has more time put in Sire is a Pinto Dressage stallion from Europe Sambertino dam is by Raine Dance also pictured

Flashy multi talented 16.1 2010 bkl and white mare By Raine Dance(Concorde/voltaire) out of a dressage type TB mare.This girl is a sport car type ride, eager to please an over achiever , would do extremely well as an eventer as her full sister is a 3 star and moving up , this one is even more talented, has been in the jumper ring to 110m with both pros and AA careful and willing rides in a rubber snaffle , currently schooling dressage and shows much talent, a confident soft quiet rider is better , she has the talent, energy and try to make dreams come true a truly fun fun horse easy to live with mid 5's
