Happy New Year from all of us at Beartooth Animal Hospital! ✨🐾

As we step into 2026, we’re grateful for the trust you place in us and excited for the year ahead. We’re looking forward to continuing to provide the kind of care we believe every pet deserves, thoughtful, high-quality medicine, compassionate service, and care that stays as affordable and accessible as possible.

We’re also proud to continue serving the Beartooth Humane Alliance through our spay/neuter program, supporting healthier pets and a stronger community.

Thank you for being part of our Beartooth family. Wishing you a peaceful, healthy, and hopeful New Year, for you and all the animals you love. 💛

We are feeling the love this Christmas — truly from the tips of our toes to the tops of our heads. 🎄❤️

Thank you to our incredible community for the cards, treats, goodies, and kindness you’ve shared with all of us at Beartooth Animal Hospital. It means more than we can say. Caring for animals (and the people who love them) is a privilege, and being surrounded by this kind of support reminds us why we do what we do.

And a special thank you to our friends at Faithful Friends Animal Memories for this very festive elf delivery— we’re smiling every time we see it.

We are so grateful to be part of this community. Thank you for making this season feel extra special.

Holiday Treat Toxicity
‘Tis the season for baking, sharing, and pets getting into things they shouldn’t.
Remember that chocolate, raisins, macadamia nuts, and sugar-free sweets (especially xylitol) can be dangerous for dogs.
For our cat friends, lilies are beautiful but extremely toxic — even a small nibble or a lick of pollen can cause kidney failure.
Keep treats and plants out of reach, and call us right away if you suspect your pet has eaten something they shouldn’t.

Engagement Contest!

Check out our new staff photo; we’re so proud of our crew and the care we get to bring to Red Lodge every day.
To celebrate, we’re giving away a free exam to the post with the most shares and likes.
Help us reach more families by sharing our photo and tagging a friend who loves their animals as much as we do.
Winner will be announced next week!

Frostbite and Paw Care
The cold is settling in, and that means it’s time to protect those paws.
Ice, snow, and salt can cause irritation and even frostbite.
Try to wipe paws after walks, use pet-safe ice melt, and keep outdoor time short when the temperature dips.
If you notice pale or blistered skin on ears, tails, or feet, get them inside and give us a call.
