Please stop in for a visit, leashed pets are welcome in our store anytime! We are a small, locally owned, independent pet shop in beautiful Red Lodge, Montana. The quality products we carry have been carefully selected to insure you get the very best for your pet. Our food and treats are sourced from safe countries and manufacturers, without animal by-products, and without corn, soy, or chemicals.

We do a lot of research and testing on all our products, so If a product does not meet or exceed our standards, we will not carry it in our store. We believe that pets are a part of our families, and they deserve to live long, healthy and happy lives. Our little shop provides everything you need to give them just that. We carry a variety of toys, some unique, and some of the old standards, high quality, natural pet foods, leashes and collars, grooming supplies, and everything in-between. Lewis and Bark's Outpost was born out of a love of animals, love of Montana, and love of our community. We want to be more than a pet store, we aspire to be resource for our community, and give back whenever we can. Lewis and Bark's donates a portion of every sale to local animal welfare causes and charities, and promotes pet food and supplies drives for the Carbon County Food Bank. We also carry independent, local, or made in Montana products whenever possible.

Lewis and Bark’s owner Dani C was an organizer and participant in the recent K-9 tracking training event here in Red Lodge! Check out some photos here from Red Lodge’s best crime fighting dog K-9 Grizz. Since 2019, Dani has been a search and rescue K9 handler with her dog’s Junior (retired), and Pancho.

We are very proud of our crew at Lewis and Bark’s for the outstanding community service each and every one of our staff does on a regular basis.

From Red Lodge EMS and community events, to highway and flood clean up crews, animal fosters and search and rescue, we love that our staff is always working hard to support the community that supports us! A huge thank you to the community members who donated and volunteered to make this years event a success!
