Apologies for lack of posts, updates, and responses.. my health issues have been acting up again and the last couple days have been literally so awful and i have zero energy because of it🥲 It will probably be another couple days until I'm feeling myself again...
I've responded to a couple people, but not everyone, I promise I'll get back to everyone and go over apps etc. as soon as I can🫶🏼

11month old sisters, they were returned to me due allergies in the home getting worse..
These girls need a home to live the rest of their lives out with all the love they can get🫶🏼

Kitty (black one) is super sweet, outgoing, likes being held, over all a great rat✨️

Fawn (russian blue) is also very sweet, a little shy with getting picked up but is fine once being held, playful lady✨️

These girls must stay together, they were raised with young kids in the home! They could definitely go back into a kid home and thrive🥰

I just wanna fill everyone in on whats been happening around here lately and why responses have been a bit slow the last week or so- in summary, breeding is hard! 😅

Things lately as far as breeding plans have just not been working out as I thought and hoped they would. I'm not exactly sure why but I have my suspicions- trying to get & keep rats bred has been a struggle recently. I've had a couple girls absorb litters in utero, and 1 lose babies. I've also had 2 girls seemingly refuse to get pregnant and 1 of the bucks simply ignore the girls while they're so obviously in heat😑 I've chalked it up to change in diet & weather. I've made changes and have hope things will work out.
One of my 2 girls that's been paired for awhile is finally showing a hopeful baby bump🤞🏼 and the other might be as well but it could be wishful thinking lol Once I'm confident that 1 they're pregnant but also 2 the babies will be okay, then I'll announce the pregnancies/litters !🫶🏼

I've also decided to go ahead and pair Gene & the girls up awhile, just incase for some reason they take a bit longer than expected to get bred, and if not.. expect a little baby boom in a couple weeks I guess🫣🤣

Heaven has a new angel watching over all our pets.
I just know she stopped by the rainbow bridge. 🌈 🥺

I'm not much of a famous-person person but I've always respected Dolly for being unapologetically herself, sharing how she was raised, and how she wanted things to be different for people.

I especially love her imagination library, so kids had access to good educational books even if their families were poor like her own had once been.

I think the world needs more people like Dolly, people that care.
