The PPK9 Scent Team had an incredible time trialing this past weekend! Between our 15 dogs, we earned 67 qualifying scores, 38 placements, and 20 new titles! We are so proud of our students and their dogs for how hard they've worked and for pushing themselves to start a new sport!

Individual Accomplishments:

Fiona: 2 Q’s, 2-2nd Places, Gold Novice Speed Title, Gold Novice Overall Title (meaning she’s Q’d 150 times in Novice)!! Fiona is the first French Bulldog to ever earn this award!

Fergus: 2 out of 2 Q’s!

Gracie: 3 Q’s, 1-1st Place, 1-3rd Place, Novice Distance Title!

Moose: 4 Q’s, 1-3rd Place. This was Moose’s first time ever trialing away from PPK9!

Peach: 2 Q’s, 1-1st Place, 1-4th Place, Advanced Interior Title!

Luca: 3 Q’s!

Brandy: 3 Q’s, 1-1st Place, 2-2nd Places!

Zoey: 3-Q’s, 1-3rd Place, Novice Buildings Title!

Phoenix: 6 Q’s, 1-1st Place, 2-2nd Place, Novice Buildings Title!

Cain: 6 Q’s, 1-2nd Place, 1-3rd Place. This was Cain’s first ever dog show!

Sunny: 4 Q’s, 2-1st Places, 2-2nd Places, 2 Advanced Titles!

Rainey: 4 Q’s, 1-3rd Place, Novice Interior Title, Novice Buried Title, Novice Exterior Title!

Sammy: 4 Q’s, 1-3rd Place, 1-4th Place, 2 Novice Titles!

Wicked: 8 Q’s, 5-1st Places, 1-2nd Place, Excellent Buildings Title, Bronze Advanced Speed Title, Bronze Advanced Overall Title (meaning he’s Q’d 50 times in Advanced). He is the first Golden Retriever to earn his Bronze Advanced Overall Title in this venue!

Wanda: 5 Q’s, 2-1st Places, 1-3rd Place. This was Wanda and Crystal’s first time competing in the Advanced level!

Get ready to celebrate your four-legged best friend this March at our "What a Lucky Dog" event! From March 1st to March 17th, every day your dog joins us for daycare, you’ll receive a shamrock to fill out!

On the shamrock, write either:
💚 Why your dog is so lucky OR
💚 Why you’re lucky to have your dog

Here’s the fun part: Each day, our team will pick their favorite shamrock to share on Facebook, and the lucky winner will earn a DOUBLE entry for the grand prize drawing! 🎉
