Happy Friday. I wanted to take a moment to share a policy update.
Due to frequent no call and no show appointments I am forced to make changes and create a policy. Going forward, if there is not a 24 hour cancelation notice you will be charged the full amount of your missed appointment and future appointment will require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. I understand things come up and I have always been very flexible. I decided not to raise prices this year so I can't tolerate no shows. I apologize for any inconvenience this may bring.
I hope everyone is happy and healthy and I appreciate your continued support.
