Brazilian Salmon Pink aka pink Salmon Birdeater (Lasiodora parahybana) (sold)

Basic info: from the tropical rainforest of eastern Brazil these are a new world terrestrial and are considered the third largest tarantula species in the world. Can attain adult sizes of 7.5-10 inches with a fast growth rate. Color is a rich charcoal grey with reddish pink hairs on the abdomen which is where the common name comes from. Temps are between 75-85 degrees with a under tank heater as the heat source. Humidity ranges from 70-82 % with the best being between 75-78%. Substrate should be 3-4 inches of peat moss or potting soil with decor being cork bark, half logs, driftwood, etc..
