Lilly and Daisy have been at the rescue
for 1165 day!!!!
They deserve a great home.
Lilly and Daisy are related. We rescued them along with the total of 26 dogs and puppies that were starving on the rez back in March 6th 2022.
They are the only 2 that did not find a home.
They are 4 years old and lab mixes.
They are best as a pair and not good with other dogs or cats.

We had the car stuffed with kennels and several of the dogs on top of the kennels and in between my legs and on my lap when we rescued them. It was in the middle of a snow storm, with high winds and freezing, when Jenn, our old boardmember and I went out to rescue them.

Lilly and Daisy are super sweet hearts and love attention. They have never lived inside a real home. They have lived 85% of their life at the rescue. They live inside the rescue that has a doggie to go outside into their pen.

They love going out for walks and rides in the vehicle. These two do enjoy the water also. They are fixed and up to date on shots.

Please message us if you would like to meet them. We also believe in doing trial runs before adopting.

We do require a fenced in yard for them that is 6 feet high because they do know how to climb over a 4 foot fence. We also require a vet reference, your landlords information if you rent and a home check too.

****Found Kitten in a tree. Huge thank you to the fire department 🚒 for getting the kitten 😸 out of the tree 🌳.

This kitten was found 2800 Jackson Blvd at the golf course in Rapid City, SD.

Thank you to the man that cared enough to call us for help for this kitty. We are so greatful to our fire department for caring for a helpless scared kitten.

🚨 🚨 HELP!!!!!!! 🐈 BABY KITTEN STUCK HIGH IN A TREE!!! 🚨 🚨 🐱 🌳
Oh my gosh, we have an emergency.
Can anyone please help save this kitten stuck up in a tree that is over 20 feet high.

Normally I would do this myself but, I have a dinner to be at 2:30 PM. I am also an hour away from this poor helpless kitten in need of our help.

Please if you know anyone as a tree trimmer willing to help, not sure if the fire department can help but will call them too.

Please pray for someone to help and that this kitten will be ok and saved.

We want to give you all a huge shout out for a incredible year. Thank you for all your support and donations.

Since we have not been able to find foster or fur ever homes for our rescue dogs and puppies, I have been very stressed over this. Luckily we have had nice weather and we have been taking advantage of it. The cold is approaching. So we have been working hard on 3 new pens to the rescue for improvements since Dec 16th.

Tuesday Dec 30, 2025 I, Michelle Brock will be having surgery to have some stents put into my ❤️ heart. This is going to reflect on the rescue. With this procedure I do have to take it easy for a week and change my life style. With this new improvement, it will make it so much easier on me to care for the dogs, plus I will not be as stressed when the weather is bad, because the dogs will not be outside.

Since the weather has been nice, we have started this on12-16-25 and are still working on the new improvements. We have recieved 1 of our checks from the match challenge and paid most of our bills, but now we are low and need help to finish this huge improvement.

We now have built 3 new pens for the rescue, but not finished yet. We need your help to finish them.

I would like to go to Sams Club to buy 2 more rolls of fake grass they are $149 each.

Then I like to go to Runnings to buy
2 more Black Gates for us to build the kennels inside. I think they cost $129 each. We already have the 3rd gate.
1 large doggie door i think that is around $100.
6 new metal pails for now $10.99 each for food and water. The other kennels need new ones too but that can be later.

Then I need at Mernards
8- 4x4x10. Treated wood $21.99 each
30 Tent stakes .99 each for the wire panels we lay on the ground. We have 2 more sections to do.
3 Jolly balls $13.69 for the small ones, we would love to get all the pens a Jolly ball if possible. We have total of 12 pens.

We have the lumber for the inside pens to build.

We would like to thank Dante, Kayla and Caleb for all their hard work helping me get this wonderful project almlst finished.

We cleared out everything out of the pen.
Then I put gravel down,
Then we put the thick welded wire down and staked it down.
This is so the dogs do not dig out.
Then we put dirt on top.
Then p*e gravel.
Put the post in
Then the Tin
And the gate and wire panel ups.

This will have awings covering this but not right now. We are applying for a grant to get that done.

I am heading to Rapid now and if we could raise at least enough for the gates, fake grass, stakes, doggie door and buckets this will would be so appreciated.
I have only until 4pm for Runnings
Mernards until 5pm today
Sams club until 6pm today.

We just recieved a call about a badly injured cat over by the shopping center by Petco and Ross. Lori is on her way over their now to rescue the black cat. From the caller it sounds like it was hit by a car and is in alot pain. Please pray for this kitty.

If Lori can find the cat, she will be taking the cat will over to the Emergency Animal Clinic. Please pray for this poor kitty. We will have the cat scanned for a microchip.

Update on Cha'ske. 🐕

We are so happy to announce that he is in a wonderful and great foster home. One of the qonderful caring techs from the Animal Clinic as taking him home.

Now for even better news, he is also on a trial run to be possible adopted!!!!! We are so happy for him and his Foster / Possible fur Mommy. ❤️ 🐕

We are all so excited and even cried for him. This is a great happy ending for Cha'ske. This could not happen with out all of you. Your prayers worked, the round a clock care at the Animal and Emergency Clinic, plus and all of your donations saved him. Great Team Work!!!!!!

🐕 🌟 Pet Of the Day 🌟 🐕

Blue needs a New Foster Home or Fur Ever Home.

This handsome boy is name Blue. We all were so excited for him, because he went on a trial run into a home. The young women was so perfect for him. But after a few days, little did she know, she is allergic to Blue. She was devastated to learn this. She said Blue was very well behaved and a great dog.

So we are in need of a new foster or fur ever home for Blue.

Here is Blues Story:

Blue is a heeler/husky mix who turned 3 in August. He originally lived in North Dakota with 7 other female dogs. The owner "wasn't very nice to him" and he kept impregnating the female dogs so the owners girlfriend took him out of the situation. I didn't want him to go to a shelter so I tried to help the poor guy but my house is just too much for him.
Blue is an extremely sweet dog who just wants love. He is pretty calm, well mannered, and listens well. He knows how to sit and shake and loves to give kisses. He also loves car rides and swimming and going on almost any adventure. He did great with my dad's kids (10 and 12) and I think he would do okay with cats. I don't have any but he has never minded the strays around my neighborhood.

Blue would make an AMAZING family dog or adventure buddy. I can not say enough about how amazing he is. He is just an all around happy, chill, down for anything kind of guy.

His only quirk is that he does need a 6 foot fence because he knows how to jump the 4 foot ones.

Rehoming as a pair!

Previous owner passed away and we have been fostering them. However we move in February.

Abbie - “border collie” mix, 8 years old - 87 lbs and up to date on shots! Very well mannered, and knows basic commands. She’s very sassy and loves (demands) attention. Also she jail breaks from time to time with no messes, and believe me - she has plenty of opportunity. She’s also allergic to several things so treats are the hardest thing to find for her. There are several foods options though (way more than expected). She loves to play tug of war and fetch. Good with cats, kids, dogs, and elderly. She is a big girl and likes to jump like a kangaroo but is very gentle. She loves hugs and snuggles and helps give you daily baths.



Mr. Buttons - orange tabby, 16 years old - 17 lbs and up to date on shots. He is a very calm boy who LOVES attention and cuddles. He will nuzzles up to you with his face. Great with litter box and no allergies so he is pretty easy going. He likes playing with hoodie or pant stings, if you are writing he will probably play with the pen, and he has recently found a green ball that he loves to play with. He would also appreciate the occasional cheerio (yes, I’m talking cereal) as a reminder of his previous owner.

If you are looking for super cuddly, loving animals, you couldn’t find a better pair.
