⭐️⭐️Thank you for everyone who nominated and voted for us for the Locals Love Us award! We are so excited to see this come to Rapid City! It has been going on in Sioux Falls for 20 years and has finally made its way here! ⭐️⭐️
A few key differences from Best of the Black hills are, people can only vote one time and you can only vote if you live in the area vs. being able to vote multiple times and from anywhere in the country. It feels like a true testament to our hard work and dedication to this business and our amazing clients!

❤️Also we did not advertise for this at all and we still came out #1 out of 24 other nominees!

🥇This award is all thanks to everyone who has supported us through it all! Through ups and downs, from being short staffed to having 6 groomers again! We started over 5 years ago with a few bucks in our pocket, just the 2 of us and a dream.

🪙We remember being scared to leave our corporate grooming jobs with benefits and guaranteed business to start something of our own. Would anyone even come to us? Boy was the leap worth it!

🏆Also thank you to our wonderful employees for all the hard work and for helping us grow and share our dream of having a positive environment with people that truly love what they do! This career is not an easy one but it is so rewarding and it takes special people to love and care for people's pets the way we do!

Hey friends! Tomorrow, Saturday the 26th, from 9 to 2ish we are having a multi family garage sale here at Barks and Bubbles, 3606 Canyon Lake dr.! We will also have our school supplies donation bin for Seventh Circuit CASA Program for anyone wanting to donate to our local foster care kiddos! We have a little bit of everything to sell and we want it all gone so stuff will be priced to sell! We will post pictures tomorrow when we get set up!

🎒🏫Help us fill our school supply donation bin for CASA. Let's make sure all of our foster care kiddos go to school prepared and ready to learn! If you are interested in learning more about how you can help our foster youth in the area check out Seventh Circuit CASA Program website for volunteer opportunities!

✅️We will also be holding a multi family garage sale this weekend in our parking lot so drop donations off then or during our normal business hours!

We officially beat the statistics! Most small business fail within the first 5 years and we beat the odds and became more successful then we could have dreamed of! All the late nights, long days, blood, sweat and tears paid off!

Sometimes owning a small business is exhausting but there isn't a place we would rather show up for work every morning!

😍Love your pup a little extra this winter with an upgraded shampoo and conditioner! 😍 It is dry during these Black hills winters and your pups coat needs moisture just like our skin! Ask your groomer about the best care for your furry best friends skin and coat! We got you!

❄️❄️❄️Winter also brings bad weather and cold and flu season so if you need to reschedule an appointment please let us know as soon as you can, but we understand things happen! We are all trying to stay healthy over here as well but sick days happen to us too sometimes! We always try to accommodate everyone the best we can and we appreciate your business! 💗💗💗

📢📢We just wanted to announce that we will be closing Saturdays this year! 📢📢

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we will do our best to accommodate peoples schedules during the week!

We open at 9 am and closing hours vary based on when we finish! We do have some groomers who take appointments outside of our normal business hours so earlier and later appointments will be available through those groomers based on availability!

We are so appreciative of all of you and we hope to still be able to accommodate everyone ❤️

This was a difficult decision but we believe this change is what's best for us and the well being of our staff! We want to keep grooming for many years to come and keep all those pups and kitty's looking their best!
