Hey friends!
We just wanted to announce that we will be increasing our prices starting February 1st. All base prices will increase 10%. We will also be implementing charges for extra brushing and scissor fees for dogs that applies to. The base price as always includes bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, 15 min brush, and haircut if they get one. If your pup requires extra work beyond that they will be up charged accordingly.
We love keeping all your furry best friends looking fabulous but we do have to charge for our time and effort and product.
We also will be implementing a no show and cancelation policy starting now. We will need at least 24 hour notice of cancelation before your appointment if you need to reschedule. If we are given less then 24 hour notice you will be required to pay 50% of services booked before your next appointment. Or it will be added to your next appointment. If you are a no show you will be required to pay 100% of yout appointment before you book your next appointment! We understand things happen and we will always be understanding of certain circumstances. If you are a repeat offender we reserve the right to no longer offer services to you. We try our best to accommodate everyone but no shows really affect our schedules and income.
