DUKE UPDATE!! It's the end of week one and this guy is CRUSHING IT! Not only has he sped through the basic commands, but his focus has been on point as well. We practiced more re-call introducing the e-collar today, as well as impulse control and engagement through exciting/stressful situations and...well, as you can see this guy has done tremendous there too 💙

Jake set sail to his new and improved life this morning, and seeing how happy his parents were...its hard to put into words the feeling that brings, and guys I'm telling you...It's clients like this that make it all worth it. Being able to help is enough, but gaining friends along the way is even more than you could ask for. Thank you so much Astrid Rick Bowen for everything along the way. The kind words, the meals, and now a TRIP TO SARDUCCIS!! Me and Heather Bent appreciate it so much! 😁💙

If you board and train with us you become part of our family, and if you have a birthday in this family..well...it might just look something like this 😁.

Happy 4th Birthday Jake!! 💙

Ok guys, HUGE step for Jake yesterday. Other than Astrid being a total rockstar in this video, you are going to see Jake's arch nemesis... The dreaded cute/over excited pitbull that lives next door lol. Now before Jake started his training, even right out the threshold Jake would be pulling arms out of sockets trying to get over there and be a vocal/forward energy maniac to try to correct the pitbulls energy, as Jake hadn't learned how to process over stimulation and arousal yet. You can see that not only has Jake learned to avoid conflict, but Astrid now assuming a real leadership position and communication with Jake.. has made it so he feels secure and advocated for to the point he doesn't need to 💙.
