Caldwell Dressage had another successful show at HITS Del Mar. If you are interested in joining our amazing group of riders horses and trainers. Please come visit us! We will give you a tour of the beautiful Rancho Riding Club. Located in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe, The Club offers its members grass for grazing, multiple turn outs, trails for miles and miles. A club house for your use, equipped with an updated kitchen and dining area. Stalls and corrals at reasonable cost and state of the art footing in all arenas and turn outs.

Caldwell dressage is still holding interviews for a new assistant. Brittany Klassic has been a great part of our barn for the past few months. As you can see from the wonderful comments, they sent Brittany, we have a great group of kind and appreciative clients.
Brittany had opportunities to show clients horses. As well as riding and schooling FEI horses and even working on PIAFF and PASSAGE. Now Brittany is off to Germany to start a career there.
If you are hard-working, dedicated, talented, kind and positive. If you’re looking for great opportunities to compete on nice horses and work with young horses all the way to FEI horses. Please reach out and let’s meet 🙂
All of my past assistance have moved on to have their own successful careers. Perhaps that can be you as well.

Immediate opening for an assistant dressage trainer at Caldwell Dressage.

We are looking for someone hard working and dedicated to the sport of dressage.

Ideally we need someone with experience teaching beginners as well as FEI riders. A rider who can ride and train the young horse as well as school the FEI schoolmaster.

We need an assistant who can go to horse shows, help show client’s horses. And help warm up clients.

Lastly, someone who can Help manage day to day feed orders and vet appointments etc

This is a full time position Tuesday through Saturday and possibly a few hours on Sunday

And just like that …… the Hits Fall Dressage show is finished. What a show it was! Great way to start the new show season. Everyone came out moving up a level and doing tests for the first time. With nothing but success all around!

Haley and Frodea recieved two scores at second level in the 60%’s one step closer to earning her bronze medal

Alegria and Brittany Klasic Dressage scored in the high 60’s in Their first show together

Claudia Faunt’s Koriander performed his first PSG with Tina aboard. With two very respectable scores in the 60’s

Brittany Brittney Klasic and Maybach showed second level for the first time and broke 70%!

Congratulations to everyone! Huge thank you to Brittany Klasic for all her hard work! Gearing up for next show in October!
