Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. As a veteran, this day holds a deep meaning for me. Thank you to those who served, those we lost, and the families who carry that sacrifice every day.

Spend time with family, hug your dogs, and take a moment to remember why we have the freedoms we do 🇺🇸🐾

Training update with Leo 🐾
Leo is 4 months old and currently in my 3 week board and train program. One thing that’s really important to me during any of my board and train programs is keeping owners involved in the process.

I send daily updates and videos so you can see exactly how your dog is doing and what we are working on. Some videos are short training clips, and others are me explaining the training so you understand how to continue the work at home with your dog.

Training shouldn’t stop when your dog goes home. My goal is to make sure you feel confident continuing the structure, communication, and training once your dog returns!

Socialization doesn’t mean your dog needs to meet every person or dog.

It means teaching them to be calm and neutral in the world. Walking past distractions without reacting, sitting and watching everything go by, and understanding that not everything is for them.

Some of the best socialization is simply going places and practicing calm behavior while the world happens around them.

The goal isn’t interaction, it’s neutrality.
