What equipment or props do you use to train? It’s raining and gross here today so we will he inside and working obstacles with obedience today. I’d love to share ideas on what others are using? Did anything on this post inspire you to add something to your list?

We periodically work on OOS stays. Even though AKC omitted them, we still train them. It’s a character building skill for dog and owner. Look at the commitment from these dogs even when the newest dog broke.

The Fetch & the Furious! It’s so cool tonnage dog owners that follow thru and these guys can be outside playing off leash safely. Today was a great day!

Leave it & you get it. Fetch always means a dumbbell or other working item, not to eat food on the ground. These teams did great tonight!

Will your dog leave food on the floor? We do not teach leave it at AQK9. We focus more on teaching appropriate attention. This group is working on command discrimination with chips at a distraction & a reward.
